Life is one big road with lots of signs. So when you riding through the ruts, don't complicate your mind. Flee from hate, mischief and jealousy. Don't bury your thoughts, put your vision to reality. Wake Up and Live! – Bob Marley

The beginning of another week, yet I would hardly know it as I’ve grown accustomed to naked wrists. It is often in my daily struggle of trying to figure out what to fill a particular day with that I am reminded of the excessive freedom that is coupled with tandem moments of boredom, and, in my partial contempt in seeking out something to do, this brief moment vanishes with a quiet reminder of a peaceful existence that is also part of this amazing journey. When I stop and think about all of the incredible things I have been fortunate enough to have experienced, I cannot be anything but grateful–standing in awe of some of the most beautiful landscapes you can’t even imagine, forging new friendships with every new day, sounds of laughter that is synonymous wherever I may be, and sunsets that leave you absolutely speechless–this has become the path I have chosen to follow after with all that I am in the constant pursuit of chasing after what is truly life. The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity, answered, “Man. Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies never really lived.” So the question begs, what is it that you are doing with your life?
