A nation of sheep will beget a government of wolves. – Edward R. Murrow

First of all, I compiled the below list in NO PARTICULAR ORDER AND I am NOT promoting one news site over another. All logos are copyright ownership of their respective companies and descriptions are from sources noted below.
The reason I compiled this list of news links came after a discussion with a client about how many various news sources are available to people around the world and how important it is to compare the information, as of course some may be more bias than others. As both a proud graduate of the School of Journalism from the University of Colorado–most recently ranked #2 in the world for Geosciences and is ranked #32 globally for best public universities–and I've officially been appointed as the Chapter Leader for the FIRST EVER University of Colorado Chapter in South Korea after an amazing Skype interview! Along with being a semi-retired broadcast television veteran of more than 12-years, I feel that news is a right and not just a privilege. I believe strongly in the United States Constitutional First Amendment regarding the freedom of the press and the freedom of speech, even as I am a vagabond and a foreigner that has been living in foreign lands for nearly five-years, and this does not necessarily apply in other parts of the world. Thank God for the Internet, VPNs, and ways to spread information even as governments try their best to impede it!
In order to stay consistent with my relative layout, I've chosen to use the image of a former colleague I had the privilege of working with for many years, even though I was based out of our Denver office and Dan was either in New York City, or in all areas of the globe covering news, I also had the privilege of sitting in on our weekly conference call with Wayne Nelson, his Executive Producer (EP) and was also the former EP of the CBS Evening News for years before Dan was basically just thrown out, and later swooped up by our owner, Mark Cuban, and thus created another weekly news program, Dan Rather Reports, that gave us more domestic and international news coverage that I was proud to be a small part of each week! Therefore, below is just more of a compilation of various English news.
