To be a champion, I think you have to see the big picture. It's not about winning and losing; it's about every day hard work and about thriving on a challenge. It's about embracing the pain that you'll experience at the end of a race and not being afraid. I think people think too hard and get afraid of a certain challenge. – Summer Sanders

First, I'm an observer and I tend to make individual judgment calls on peoples actions and not their words. This is where I can very quickly notice those people that often fail to see the larger picture, almost like the sense of long-term investing, it's not failing to see the larger picture that is the problem, but in HOW they react. As you may have heard before there's little that you can control, but the one thing that you can control is HOW your respond, react, etc. and this speaks volumes of your character (genuine) and can often create opportunities or leave you missing out. I choose to live by seeing the entire picture by carefully evaluating my course of action. Yes, there are mistakes that I have made, but the difference with myself is that I CHOOSE to learn from them while others often just accept them. To me this is the same as being complacent or lacking ambition because you have chosen comfort over seeking out new challenges. I try not to judge early, but this is our flaw as human beings; what I do, how I make rational decisions, often harsh decisions that are based upon one's actions-not their words, because as I mentioned earlier words can be empty promises while actions demonstrate the genuine quality and character of a person of whether you know them for a short or long period of time. This is how I define disappointment is others...those that have shown promise yet fail to live up to their God-given abilities because of fear, taking risks, or many other excuses. And that's what I call them...EXCUSES! Therefore, be adventurous, however you may view that, and make choices in life that challenge and excite you–bringing back that type of childhood passion and imagination.
